- The main problem was that the layouts did not really allow to do something beautiful with the facades.
- The solution was not easy, among the large number of options, it was possible to change by adding only 10 square meters for the entire residential complex to increase or decrease in some places on the first floors the area to get the desired facade pattern.
- 10% of all the facades are in clincer, ather 90% - is plaster and metal (last floor and roof)
- The second big problem is make places for air conditioning.
- The solution is to place air conditioners one above the other, up to three in a row, and thus reduce the number of air conditioner baskets to a minimum. And on specific short facades - remove them altogether
